Die F\u00fchrung des Teams konzentrierte sich auf die Art und Weise, wie diese eine Person die unterstellten Mitarbeiter verwaltet und kontrolliert. Dies hat in der Vergangenheit gut funktioniert, da die Teams in der Regel um eine Funktion herum gebildet wurden - Marketing, Finanzen, Entwicklung und dergleichen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In letzter Zeit haben jedoch viele begonnen, die Effizienz solcher Teams und die Rolle eines einzelnen Managers in Frage zu stellen und argumentieren, dass bestimmte Aufgaben mit anderen im Team oder im Unternehmen geteilt werden k\u00f6nnen. Dieses Konzept der geteilten F\u00fchrung hat zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen. Die Forschung zeigt, dass F\u00fchrung ein Prozess ist, der - wie die meisten Prozesse - geteilt werden kann. Eine Person, die \u00fcber die wesentlichen Kenntnisse und F\u00e4higkeiten f\u00fcr eine projektbezogene Aufgabe verf\u00fcgt, \u00fcbernimmt die F\u00fchrung, um sie auszuf\u00fchren. Dann \u00fcbernimmt eine andere Person die Leitung der n\u00e4chsten Aufgabe, und dieser Prozess setzt sich fort, bis das Projekt abgeschlossen ist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In Unternehmen bilden zunehmend funktions\u00fcbergreifende Teams die Grundlage f\u00fcr die Erstellung und Ausf\u00fchrung von Aufgaben. Diese Teams setzen sich aus Personen mit sehr unterschiedlichen Qualifikationen zusammen, die gemeinsam \u00fcber alle f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung einer Aufgabe erforderlichen F\u00e4higkeiten verf\u00fcgen. Dies wirft die Frage nach dem Bedarf an gemeinsamer F\u00fchrung auf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Der Hauptunterschied zwischen einer funktions\u00fcbergreifenden Teamumgebung und einer traditionellen Struktur ist das Fehlen einer herk\u00f6mmlichen Hierarchie. Funktions\u00fcbergreifende Teams k\u00f6nnen zwar einen Leiter haben, aber diese Person ist eher gleichberechtigt mit dem Rest des Teams und hat keine Autorit\u00e4t \u00fcber die Mitglieder au\u00dferhalb des Teams. Dadurch wird das Spielfeld f\u00fcr gemeinsame Leiter geebnet. Eine funktions\u00fcbergreifende Teamleitung wird durch ihre F\u00e4higkeit bestimmt, mit den Teammitgliedern in Beziehung zu treten und sie zu beeinflussen, aber auch durch die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Teams. Jeder im Team bringt eine F\u00fclle von F\u00e4higkeiten, Erfahrungen, Wissen und Perspektiven mit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Die Umsetzung dieses Prozesses ist jedoch nicht unbedingt einfach.
