Im Duplex-Modus werden 2 Server pro Sch\u00fclergruppe ben\u00f6tigt, was bedeutete, dass es nur 2 Schulungsknoten f\u00fcr 12 Sch\u00fcler gab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>RationalSelling-L\u00f6sung:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Angesichts der begrenzten Hardware beschloss der Schulungsleiter, nur einen Server pro Gruppe einzusetzen und die Virtualisierung zu nutzen. Der Standort verf\u00fcgte jedoch nicht \u00fcber VMware-Software.<\/li>\n<li>Einige erworbene Avaya-Anwendungen fehlten ebenfalls. Der Ausbilder hat einige von ihnen direkt heruntergeladen.<\/li>\n<li>Der Trainer hat eine geeignete Umgebung mit einem NTP-Server, einem Domain-Server und einem DNS-Server unter VMware eingerichtet.<\/li>\n<li>Der Avaya-Partner erhielt die verbleibenden Anwendungen, einschlie\u00dflich der Avaya Aura\u00ae Appliance Virtualization Platform auf VMware-Basis, die f\u00fcr die Fortf\u00fchrung des Schulungsprogramms entscheidend war.<\/li>\n<li>Der Kursleiter organisierte den Ablauf des Kurses so, dass er den unterschiedlichen technischen F\u00e4higkeiten der Teilnehmer gerecht wurde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RationalSelling musste f\u00fcr diesen Avaya-Kunden [Verteidigungsministerium, \u00c9cole d'Application des Transmissions, Kol\u00e9a, Algerien] die folgenden Dienstleistungen erbringen, zusammen mit einer 30-t\u00e4gigen effektiven Schulung beim Kunden vor Ort unter Verwendung der von Avaya bereitgestellten L\u00f6sung:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avaya AURA Communication Manager: Installation, Wartung und Verwaltung<\/li>\n<li>Session und System Manager SMGR\/SM: Installation, Wartung und Verwaltung<\/li>\n<li>DECT: Installation, Wartung und Verwaltung<\/li>\n<li>One X Attendant = Verwaltungs- und Endbenutzerschulung und praktische \u00dcbungen<\/li>\n<li>Installation und Verwaltung des lokalen \u00fcberlebensf\u00e4higen Prozessors (LSP)<\/li>\n<li>Avaya Aura Communication Manager ACM Duplex: Installation, Wartung und Verwaltung<\/li>\n<li>Avaya Aura\u00ae Conferencing 8.0 AAC Installation und Verwaltung<\/li>\n<li>AAM (Avaya Aura Messaging)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der folgende Schulungskalender wurde von uns entworfen und umgesetzt:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9926 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/rationalselling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Screen-Shot-2019-08-07-at-1.21.19-PM-300x165.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"493\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rationalselling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Screen-Shot-2019-08-07-at-1.21.19-PM-300x165.png 300w, https:\/\/www.rationalselling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Screen-Shot-2019-08-07-at-1.21.19-PM-350x192.png 350w, https:\/\/www.rationalselling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Screen-Shot-2019-08-07-at-1.21.19-PM-600x329.png 600w, https:\/\/www.rationalselling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Screen-Shot-2019-08-07-at-1.21.19-PM.png 603w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 493px) 100vw, 493px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ergebnisse:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Wir konnten Fortschritte machen, indem wir die Ausbildungsziele erreichten.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avaya Aura\u00ae Session and System Manager, die auf dem Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) basierende Architektur.<\/li>\n<li>Avaya Aura\u00ae Communication Manager, eine Grundlage f\u00fcr IP-Telefonie<\/li>\n<li>Avaya G450 Media Gateway ) und<\/li>\n<li>Avaya Unified Communication-Anwendungen (OneX Attendant \/ Conferencing \/Avaya Aura\u00ae Messaging).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Kunde wollte, dass wir uns auch mit anderen Konzepten befassen, wie zum Beispiel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avaya Application Enablement Services AES und<\/li>\n<li>Digital Enhanced Cordless Telephony (DECT).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Um dieser Anforderung gerecht zu werden, verl\u00e4ngerten wir die Schulung um eine weitere Woche.
