Le leadership de l'\u00e9quipe \u00e9tait centr\u00e9 sur la fa\u00e7on dont cette personne unique g\u00e9rait et contr\u00f4lait ses subordonn\u00e9s. Cela a bien fonctionn\u00e9 dans le pass\u00e9, car les \u00e9quipes \u00e9taient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9es autour d'une fonction - marketing, finances, d\u00e9veloppement, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">R\u00e9cemment, cependant, beaucoup ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 remettre en question l'efficacit\u00e9 de ces \u00e9quipes et le r\u00f4le d'un manager unique, arguant que certaines t\u00e2ches peuvent \u00eatre partag\u00e9es avec d'autres membres de l'\u00e9quipe ou de l'entreprise. Une personne qui poss\u00e8de les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences essentielles pour une t\u00e2che li\u00e9e \u00e0 un projet prend la t\u00eate de celle-ci. Ensuite, une autre personne prend le relais pour diriger la t\u00e2che suivante, et ce processus se poursuit jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le projet soit termin\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">De plus en plus, dans les organisations, les \u00e9quipes interfonctionnelles constituent la base de la cr\u00e9ation et de l'ex\u00e9cution des t\u00e2ches. Ces \u00e9quipes sont compos\u00e9es de personnes ayant des comp\u00e9tences tr\u00e8s diverses, ces \u00e9quipes ont collectivement toutes les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour effectuer une t\u00e2che. Cela soul\u00e8ve la question de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'un leadership partag\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">La principale diff\u00e9rence entre un environnement d'\u00e9quipe interfonctionnelle et une structure traditionnelle est l'absence de hi\u00e9rarchie conventionnelle. Les \u00e9quipes interfonctionnelles peuvent avoir un leader, mais il est plus probable que cette personne soit sur un pied d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 avec le reste de l'\u00e9quipe et qu'elle n'ait aucune autorit\u00e9 sur ses membres en dehors du contexte de l'\u00e9quipe. C'est ce qui met les leaders partag\u00e9s sur un pied d'\u00e9galit\u00e9. Le leadership d'une \u00e9quipe transversale est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 entrer en relation avec les membres de l'\u00e9quipe et \u00e0 les influencer, mais aussi par les besoins de l'\u00e9quipe. Chaque membre de l'\u00e9quipe apporte une richesse de comp\u00e9tences, d'exp\u00e9riences, de connaissances et de perspectives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">La mise en \u0153uvre de ce processus n'est cependant pas toujours simple. Le chemin de la transformation peut \u00eatre long et douloureux. Il convient de se poser la question suivante : quand et comment le leadership doit-il \u00eatre partag\u00e9 ? Comment le leadership partag\u00e9 est-il d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 ?
