Qu'est-ce que cela signifie ? Cela signifie qu'ils doivent avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me dot\u00e9 de grandes capacit\u00e9s d'indexation et de recherche. Par cons\u00e9quent, les entreprises effectuent un changement important. Elles stockent d\u00e9sormais toutes leurs connaissances en un seul endroit central. Les capacit\u00e9s de recherche doivent \u00eatre excellentes, et les repr\u00e9sentants commerciaux doivent pouvoir obtenir des conseils facilement et \u00e0 la demande. L'apprentissage en ligne devient \u00e9galement mobile.
